Product descriptions, materials, MOQ figures and lead times on this site are indicative and are provided to help you plan. The binding figures are those in your written quotation and order confirmation, which are specific to your design, your packaging and your market.

Quotations

Quotations are issued against a written brief and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices depend on material, specification, packaging and quantity. Where a design changes after a sample has been approved, the change is re-quoted.

Orders, MOQ and lead times

Minimum order quantities apply per SKU. Lead times run from the date of deposit, the approved sample and the confirmed packaging artwork — whichever is later. Delays caused by artwork, material supply or shipping capacity are outside our control, and we will tell you as soon as we know rather than after the deadline.

Samples

Stock samples are provided free of charge with shipping paid by the buyer, credited against the first bulk order. Custom samples may carry a charge because the production line has to be set up for them.

Intellectual property

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that any design, brand, artwork or pattern they ask us to produce does not infringe a third party’s rights. We will decline work that appears to copy a protected design. Tooling ownership is agreed in writing before tooling is cut.

Product use and compliance

Assistive devices are manufactured to the specification agreed with the buyer. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the product and its labelling meet the regulatory requirements of the destination market. We provide the certification and test documentation we hold, and we tell you plainly when a document you need is not something we can issue.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in relation to an order is limited to the value of that order, except where the law does not permit such a limit. This website is provided as-is, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of indicative figures published here.

Governing terms

The supply relationship is governed by the terms in the signed order confirmation or supply agreement between the buyer and Guangdong Jinda Rehabilitation & Nursing Products Co., Ltd..
